用有限元数值方法,对某液化气船的一个C型双联圆筒形液罐进行了应力分析,建立了液罐内部液体压力(静态和动态)的算法,开发了相应的计算程序。最后给出一个典型液罐应力分析的主要结果,并按规范要求做了强度校核。
A finite element numerical method was used to analyze the stress of a C-type double cylindrical tank for a liquefied gas carrier. The algorithm of liquid pressure inside the tank (static and dynamic) was established and the corresponding calculation program was developed. Finally, the main results of stress analysis of a typical tank are given and the strength check is done according to the specifications.
