“汉中冬韭”是一个丰产早熟耐寒的韭菜品种,我们在1971年春由陕西引入京郊,分别在海淀区东升公社试验站、老虎庙生产队及丰台区蒲黄榆大队等处试种。老虎庙生产队在5月上旬播种育苗,8月下旬定植,11月下旬设置风障。本品种表现株高肉厚,叶宽5毫米,叶鞘高6—7厘米,株高达30厘米,而本地钩头韭则分别为3毫米、4厘米及23厘米,叶数也多于钩头韭。在耐寒性方面,冬韮表现很强,在11月上旬钩头韭已逐渐回根枯萎时,冬韭仍碧
