作为一名农村教师,笔者就如何提高学生的学习质量,从家长、学生和教师三个环节,浅谈几点粗浅的看法。一、将心比心、及时走访,提升家长的重视程度1.主动出击,变被动为主动。现在大多数教师都只是在召开家长会的时候,才与家长们进行沟通。但通过想象看本质,我们就不难发现,现在,城市一个班里就有30~40名学生;农村一个班里也有20~30名学生。从这个数字上看,沟通的效果是不能保证质量的。因此,现在的教师应及时转变思想观念,变被动为主动,即主动与学生家长去沟通,使家长能够全面、及时地了
