本文报道采用组织负压后浸透技术所需时间最短,与原有方法相比,可节约时间十几倍,且包埋块的质量与传统浸透技术相一致,从而证实了本技术的科学性和可靠性。为更好、更快地制作优质切片和进一步推广应用提供了一个新方法。
This paper reports the shortest time required for the tissue immersion technique after negative pressure, which can save ten times more time than the original method, and the quality of the embedded block is consistent with the traditional immersion technique, which confirms the scientificity and reliability. It provides a new way to make better slices more quickly and further promote the application.
