股权众筹、天使投资等正成为这一轮中国创业热潮的重要模式,让股权众筹有序健康发展对创业企业的意义深远。日前,中国人民银行等十部委联合发布《关于促进互联网金融健康发展的指导意见》,不仅为快速成长的互联网金融产业指明方向,也给当前中国的“大众创业”热潮提供支撑。在中国,互联网金融从最初的“支付”业务起步,而后扩展到“网络借贷”“互联网基金销售”“互联网消费金融”以及“股权众筹融资”等。
Equity crowdfunding and angel investment are becoming important models for this round of China’s entrepreneurial boom. It is of far-reaching significance for the equity and crowdfunding of the listed and healthy development to start-ups. Recently, ten ministries and commissions such as the People’s Bank of China jointly issued the Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Healthy Development of Internet Finance, which not only set the direction for the fast-growing Internet finance industry, but also provided support to the current boom of China’s “mass entrepreneurship”. In China, Internet finance started from the original “payment” business and then expanded to include “internet loans”, “internet fund sales”, “Internet consumer finance” and “equity crowdfunding”.
