采用模式分离与直线法相结合 ,对对称型宽边耦合共面波导的色散特性进行了分析 ,发现在宽频带范围内其色散性较弱 ,因而为宽边耦合共面波导在三维微波集成电路中应用时在宽频带范围采用准静态法进行电路的分析设计提供了理论依据
The dispersion of the symmetric wide-brimched coplanar waveguide is analyzed by the combination of mode separation and the straight-line method. It is found that the dispersiveness is weak in the wide frequency range, and thus the wide-brimched coplanar waveguide in the three-dimensional microwave integrated circuit Application provides a theoretical basis for the analysis and design of the circuit using quasi-static method in a wide frequency band
