曼氏迭宫裂头蚴通常寄生在蛙、蛇、鸟、兽或猪等脊椎动物体内。寄生于人体临床极少见到,1991年10月我院收治一例,现结合有关文献报告如下:男性患者,43岁,苗族,贵州思南县人,城镇居民。因右股内侧游走性包块一年余,轻痛一月于1991年10月18日入院,住院号:2231。病初期右股内侧中上1/3交界处出现黄豆大小皮下结节,不痛,无特殊感觉。约半年后结节游移至同侧股内侧中下1/3交界处,并进行性增大成为相连的两个包块。每包块有蚕豆大小,抓捏包块时包块处出现轻痛。约一月前包块上游至股中段,其形状、大小与在股内侧中1/3交界处相似。无外界刺激时亦出现轻痛,不碍日常工作。病期饮食正常,无消化道症
