化学类实验室排放的酸性、碱性废水易腐蚀排水管道,含有机溶剂废水易侵蚀管道橡胶密封圈。通过对实验室的废水滴漏现象进行分析和研究,提出了较为新颖的实验楼给水和排水设计方案。选择耐酸、碱废水腐蚀,以及耐含有机溶剂废水侵蚀的HDPE管材为排水管道,管道采用热熔连接,避免管道接口处废水滴漏。实验台排水管道的存水弯管设置在同层楼板之上,能及时发现废水滴漏,便于对存水弯管检查孔和橡胶密封圈进行更换。每一实验室内设置给水控制阀以随时对房间给水进行控制。实验室给水和排水管道分两列平行布置,下层房间的楼板下无存水弯管,避免发生废水滴漏,管线整齐美观。
Chemical laboratory emissions of acidic, alkaline wastewater easily corroded drainage pipes, easy to erosion with organic solvent waste pipe rubber seals. Through the analysis and research on the phenomenon of drip leakage in the laboratory, a novel design scheme of water supply and drainage for experimental building was proposed. Select acid, alkali wastewater corrosion, and resistance to organic solvent wastewater erosion of HDPE pipe for the drainage pipes, pipes using hot melt connection, to avoid leakage at the pipe interface drain. Bench drainage pipe trap pipe set in the same floor above the floor, timely detection of drip drip, easy to check the water trap and rubber seals for replacement. Water control valves are installed in each laboratory to control room water supply at any time. The laboratory water supply and drainage pipes are arranged in parallel in two columns. There is no water trap under the floor in the lower room to avoid the drip of waste water and the pipeline is neat and beautiful.
