ISS络合铁-多酚脱硫催化剂的脱硫是一个气-液多相催化反应过程,溶液的pH值对脱硫剂的多相催化反应及催化性能有直接的影响。研究了溶液pH值对气-液相[H2S]、[HS-]平衡的影响、对脱除硫化氢净化度的影响;pH值对溶液电极电位、脱硫反应的氧化-还原电位和再生反应氧化-还原电位的影响和催化反应的热力学趋势,确定了多相催化反应的最佳pH值。
Desulfurization of ISS complex iron-polyphenol desulfurization catalyst is a gas-liquid heterogeneous catalytic reaction process. The pH value of the solution has a direct effect on the heterogeneous catalytic reaction and catalytic performance of the desulfurization agent. The effect of solution pH on the equilibrium of gas-liquid phase [H2S] and [HS-] was studied, and the effect of pH value on the removal of hydrogen sulfide was studied. The effect of pH value on the electrode potential of the solution, the oxidation-reduction potential of desulfurization reaction and the regeneration reaction oxidation - reduction potential and the thermodynamic trends of the catalytic reaction to determine the optimum pH for heterogeneous catalytic reactions.
