The effects of purified feed (group A), live bait (octopus and emu, group B) and mixed fed (regular alternation of purified feed and live bait, group C) were studied using single-body culture experiments and biochemical analysis techniques. Survival, growth performance, hepatopancreas index (HSI) and biochemical composition of crab crab crab (initial body weight about 0.5 g). The results showed that: (1) There was no significant difference in the survival rates between the three groups of crabs, both between 70% and 80%; (2) The weight gain rate, molt cycle and specific growth rate And the feed coefficient had no significant difference. The second demulsification period and feed coefficient of crab group C were significantly lower than the other two groups, and the specific growth rate was significantly higher than the other two groups. (3) The index of hepatopancreas and its protein and fat content in juvenile crabs were significantly affected. The index of hepatopancreas and its fat content in juvenile group A were significantly higher than those in the other two groups, but the protein content was significantly lower than that in the other two groups. (4) Say, a group of liver and pancreas and body of saturated fatty acids and monounsaturated fatty acids were higher than the other two groups, polyunsaturated fatty acids and highly unsaturated fatty acids were significantly lower than the other two groups. Therefore, the developed feed can make Portunus tritubus larvae obtain better growth performance, which lays a good foundation for the further research on the nutritional requirements of the larvae.
