用美国RO-316型红外定氧仪对高纯钨粉中氧的测定以及氧的存在状态进行了研究。根据加热温度和时间的对应关系可判断金属中氧的存在状态,得知高纯钨粉中氧主要以三氧化钨和吸附氧的形式存在。另外对锡、镍助熔剂在高纯钨粉中氧提取分析过程中的作用,通过电子扫描电镜和金相组织等手段进行了初步探讨。为验证方法的可靠性,分别用卡尔费体非水滴定法、脉冲加热气相色谱法和脉冲加热红外法进行了分析对照试验,取得了满意的结果。
The determination of oxygen in high-purity tungsten powder and the existence of oxygen were studied using RO-316 Infrared Oxidizer. According to the corresponding relation between heating temperature and time, the existence state of oxygen in metal can be judged, and the oxygen in high-purity tungsten powder exists mainly in the form of tungsten trioxide and adsorbed oxygen. In addition, the function of tin and nickel flux in the oxygen extraction and analysis of high purity tungsten powder was also discussed through electron scanning electron microscopy and microstructure. In order to verify the reliability of the method, the control experiments were carried out with Karl Fischer non-aqueous titration, pulsed-heating gas chromatography and pulsed-heating infrared respectively, and the satisfactory results were obtained.
