改革开放以来,我国企业的员工管理逐渐由传统的人事管理向现代化的人力资源管理转化,人才市场也正逐渐建立和完善起来。然而随着人才流动的加快,许多企业不仅开始担心,并设法防止人才流失,害怕员工特别是优秀人才的跳槽会对企业不利。难道人才流动真的那么可怕,跳槽绝对就是件坏事吗?笔者并不以为然,认为在我国现有状况及未来发展的趋势下,中国人才流动机制应该搞活。目前,我国国内存在的反“跳槽”观点理由大致如下:
