January 10, 2000, Paris. The award ceremony of the “Global Outstanding Female Scientist Achievement Award” co-founded by UNESCO and L’Oréal France was held here. This is the only international prize for female scientists today. Dr. Chen Sai-juan, deputy director of the Shanghai Institute of Hematology, has won the Nomination Award from among the world’s 400 female scientists engaged in life sciences. Origin
