养护体制改革已经进行了好多年,总体来看,进展情况不如人意。主要原因是人员重组分流的阻力较大。那么,广大的养路职工对改革究竟怎么看?有多高的支持率?职工担心什么?针对这些问题记者进行了调查,发现养老保险问题是影响改革进程的一个比较核心的因素。我们编发这个专题的目的是想对公路职工养老保险问题进行一些探讨,以期有助于方兴未艾的养护改革。
The reform of the conservation system has been going on for many years. On the whole, the progress has been unsatisfactory. The main reason is the reshuffle of staff reshuffling larger. So how do the majority of road maintenance workers feel about the reform? How high the support rate? What are the workers’ worries? A survey was conducted against these reporters and found that the pension insurance problem is a relatively central factor affecting the reform process. The purpose of our compilation of this topic is to make some discussions on the issue of endowment insurance for road workers, with a view to contributing to the rising maintenance reform.
