2007年1、2月1月4日,上海召开首次党员教育联系会议,讨论了2007年上海市党员教育计划。4日,上海市政府颁布实施《上海市服务业发展引导资金使用和管理试行办法》,对引导资金来源和使用目的等八个方面作出了明确规定。
In January and February 2007, January 1 and February 4, Shanghai held its first party member education contact meeting to discuss the 2007 party membership education plan in Shanghai. On the 4th, the Shanghai Municipal Government promulgated and implemented the Trial Measures for Guiding the Use and Management of Funds for the Development of Shanghai’s Service Industry, which clearly stipulated the guiding sources of funds and the purpose of their use in eight aspects.
