目的探讨QCC活动在住院患者末梢血糖监测中的效果。方法成立品管圈,以“如何降低住院患者末梢血糖漏测率”为活动主题,通过调查分析血糖漏测的原因,拟定护理对策并组织实施。结果住院患者末梢血糖漏测率由改进前25.2%降至10%(P<0.05),目标达率103.4%,进步率60.3%。结论通过QCC活动明显降低了住院患者末梢血糖漏测率,提高了护理质量,提升了护理团队的集体荣誉感和成就感。
Objective To investigate the effect of QCC on the monitoring of peripheral blood glucose in hospitalized patients. Methods A quality control circle was set up to “how to reduce the rate of leakage rate of peripheral blood glucose in hospitalized patients” as the theme of the activity, to investigate the causes of blood glucose leakage by investigation and to formulate the nursing countermeasures and organize the implementation. Results The rate of leakage of peripheral blood glucose in hospitalized patients decreased from 25.2% to 10% (P <0.05), and the target rate was 103.4% and the rate of progress was 60.3%. Conclusions QCC activity significantly reduces the rate of leakage of peripheral blood glucose in hospitalized patients, improves the quality of nursing care, and enhances the collective sense of honor and accomplishment of the nursing team.
