随着时代的进步和社会经济的发展,特别是市场经济体制的确立和完善,企业在发展过程中面临的竞争日趋激烈;那么就需要重视企业管理,物资管理是非常重要的一个部分。对物资采购进行规范,制定一系列物资招标制度,可以促使企业管理人员对物资变动情况和内部供求变化及时了解,促使企业获得更好的发展。本文简要分析了企业采购业务中招标方式的问题与对策,希望可以提供一些有价值的参考意见。
With the progress of the times and the development of society and economy, especially the establishment and perfection of the market economy system, the competition that enterprises face in the process of development is getting fiercer and fiercer. Then, it needs to attach importance to enterprise management and material management as a very important part.
