有关部门的统计数据表明,每年中国有超过1.85万名14岁以下儿童死于道路交通事故,是欧洲的2.5倍,已成为威胁中国儿童生命的第二大原因。浙江省义乌市后宅小学现有学生1106名,全部为走读生。学校座落在纵横交错的公路网之中,前有永宁路,后有鸿儒路,左有后乌线,右有城北路、03省道。该校自2003年与后宅交警中队开展警校共建活动以来,学生出行四年无事故。这不仅解除了诸多学生家长的安全之忧,同时也使社会更加和谐稳定。他们警校共建保安全的做法,值得众多学校效仿
