钙缺乏是目前全球普遍存在的并且严重影响人们生活质量的营养素缺乏病之一,我国作为发展中国家,尤其应该加强全民科学补钙的意识.补钙的关键在于减少钙质的流失而不是过于强调钙的吸收,人体内骨骼中的钙是以羟基磷酸钙方式沉积、以骨胶原为黏合剂固定下来的.
