马齿苋种子发芽特性研究结果表明 ,种子有 5～ 6个月的休眠期 ,解除休眠的适宜浸种时间为 9～ 12h(小时 ) ( 30℃ )。催芽温度为 30～ 35℃ ,GA3处理可打破休眠 ,促进其种子发芽 ,适宜浓度为 2 0 0mg·L- 1。
The results of the study on the seed germination characteristics of purslane showed that the seeds had a dormancy period of 5 to 6 months, and the suitable soaking time for dormancy was 9 ~ 12h (30 ℃). Germination temperature is 30 ~ 35 ℃, GA3 treatment can break dormancy, and promote the germination of its seeds, suitable concentration of 200mg · L- 1.
