含水量为8.9%~1.2%的油菜种子,密闭包装后于50℃、35℃、20℃保存,定期检测种子生活力和活力,并计算种子贮藏寿命。结果表明,油菜种子在50℃、35℃、20℃贮藏,最适含水量分别为2.0%、3.0%和4.1%,与贮藏温度相对应的平衡相对湿度分别为6.0%、7.5%和13.5%。种子最适含水量和相对应的平衡相对湿度随着贮藏温度的降低而升高。随着贮藏温度的降低,种子寿命不断延长,由50℃降低到35℃,种子寿命延长10.1倍。在2.0%~8.9%的含水量范围内,随着种子含水量的降低,种子寿命不断延长,每降低1%的含水量,种子寿命延长0.9倍。种子含水量与贮藏寿命成对数回归关系,关系式为Y=b+m lnX,其中“Y”为含水量(%),“b”、“m”为常数,“X”为种子寿命(d)。
Rapeseed seeds with a water content of 8.9% -1.2% were preserved in sealed containers at 50 ℃, 35 ℃ and 20 ℃. The seed viability and vitality were measured regularly and the seed storage life was calculated. The results showed that the optimal moisture content of rapeseed was 2.0%, 3.0% and 4.1% when stored at 50 ℃, 35 ℃ and 20 ℃, respectively. The equilibrium relative humidity corresponding to storage temperature was 6.0%, 7.5% and 13.5% . The optimum seed moisture content and the relative equilibrium relative humidity increased with decreasing storage temperature. With the decrease of storage temperature, the seed life is prolonged, from 50 ℃ to 35 ℃, the seed life is extended by 10.1 times. With the water content of 2.0% ~ 8.9%, the seed life was prolonged with the decrease of seed water content, and the seed life was 0.9 times longer for every 1% reduction of water content. The relationship between the seed water content and the storage life is a logarithmic regression relationship, and the relation is Y = b + m lnX, where “Y” is the water content (%), “b” and “m” are constants, and “X” is the seed life d).
