全省大规模的土改覆查运动业已展开。特将我省土改覆查计划公布,望各级党委遵照执行,此计划系于中南局及省委农村工作会议之前制定并印发各地,现根据中南局及省委农村工作会议的精神,在内容工作了若干重要的修改,前发「土改覆查计划」与此有抵触者,应以此为准,请各地注意。
The province’s large-scale land reform survey campaign has started. We will publish the review plan of land reform in our province and expect the Party committees at all levels to comply with the plan. The plan was drafted and distributed before the Central South Bureau and the Provincial Party Committee’s Rural Working Conference. According to the spirit of the Central South Bureau and the Provincial Party Committee’s Rural Working Conference, We have worked on a number of important amendments. Before proceeding with the “Land Review Plan” contradicts this, we should take this as the standard. Please pay attention to all these points.
