对金刚石工具切割石材等硬脆材料时的锯切机理、锯切过程中金刚石工具的磨损机理以及锯切力的国内外研究现状及各种观点进行了综合评述。由于石材等硬脆材料锯切过程的复杂性 ,对锯切机理的认识迄今尚不统一 ,对金刚石工具磨损机理和锯切力的理论研究也亟待深入。
A comprehensive review was given on the cutting mechanism of diamond tools when cutting hard and brittle materials such as stone, the wear mechanism of diamond tools in sawing process, the research status of sawing force at home and abroad, and various opinions. Due to the complexity of the sawing process of hard and brittle materials such as stone, the understanding of the sawing mechanism has not yet been unified so far. The theoretical research on the wear mechanism and the sawing force of diamond tools also needs further study.
