20世纪中期至21世纪初英国政党政治的历史出现了由某一个政党长期执政的现象,此种现象值得探讨和解析。英国一党长期执政原因有“二战”所催生的政治共识、英国政治制度中的一些特点及“准一党制”的优点和长处等。我们从英国政党政治的历史经验中能得到一些启示,这些启示有助于发展和完善我国现行的政党制度。
The history of party politics in Britain from the middle of the 20th century to the beginning of the 21st century appeared the phenomenon of long-term ruling by one political party. Such a phenomenon deserves to be explored and analyzed. The reasons for the long-term rule of one party in the United Kingdom include the political consensus emanating from the “World War II”, some characteristics of the British political system, and the advantages and strengths of “quasi-one-party system.” We can get some enlightenment from the historical experience of party politics in the United Kingdom. These revelations help to develop and perfect the current party system in our country.
