目的评价小切口(6mm)白内障摘除及后房型人工晶状体植入术的疗效。方法对334例老年性白内障施行小切口白内障摘出及后房型人工晶状体植入术。结果术后一周裸眼或矫正视力0.5者占71.2%,3月占94.6%,术后一周散光为1.86±0.95D;术后三月散光0.93±0.58D,分别小于10～12mm大切口对照组(P<0.001)。并讨论手术方式的选择以及术中意外的处理方法。结论小切口白内障摘除及后房型人工晶状体植入术具有实用价值。
Objective To evaluate the effect of small incision (6mm) cataract extraction and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Methods A total of 334 senile cataract patients underwent small incision cataract extraction and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Results One week after operation, the uncorrected or corrected visual acuity was 71.2%, 94.6% in March, and 1.86 ± 0.95D in one week after operation. The astigmatism in the third month after operation was 0.93 ± 0.58D, less than 10 ~ 12mm large incision control group P <0.001). And discuss the choice of surgical methods and intraoperative accidental treatment. Conclusion Small incision cataract extraction and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation have practical value.
