随着中学地理新课程改革的进一步深入发展,越来越多的地理教师深切地体会到传统教学模式与课程改革理念的冲突与矛盾,不断地有新课题出现在地理教师的面前,影响地理教学。现实要求每一位地理教师都要切身认识到自身的不足之处,加大学习与交流的力度,创新理念,转变观念,完成新课程改革的过渡期,从而树立“多种角色复合体”的现代地理教师新形象。
With the further development of the new curriculum reform of geography in middle schools, more and more geography teachers deeply understand the conflicts and contradictions between the traditional teaching model and the concept of curriculum reform. There are constantly new topics appearing in front of geography teachers and influencing geography teaching . Reality requires that every geography teacher must recognize his inadequacies, increase his learning and communication, innovate his ideas, change his concept and complete the transition period of new curriculum reform so as to establish a multi-role complex "A new image of modern geography teachers.
