很少有公司能完全保留住他们的核心员工。因此如果公司能辨别出哪些员工掌握着重要知识,留住他们或者至少在他们决定离开之前,能将他们的知识传授给公司的其他员工,那么公司就可以从中获得竞争优势。
Few companies retain their core employees completely. So companies can gain a competitive advantage if they identify who holds the important knowledge, retains them, or at least passes on their knowledge to other employees in the company before they decide to leave.
