改革开放以来,国际人才市场的竞争形式越来越大;电力企业作为高新技术型企业,为更好的留住人才,使企业得到长期有效的发展和壮大是企业发展战略不可忽视的一个方面。笔者介绍了电力企业员工绩效管理的现状,并分析了当前存在的问题,同时针对相应问题进行了对策研究,制定了一系列改进的绩效管理新办法和新思路,积极鼓励员工努力工作,为企业和国家经济正常运行做出应有的贡献。
