“防艾”草根组织能力建设中的瓶颈问题是组织文化问题。本文阐述“防艾”草根组织能力建设中瓶颈问题的现状、瓶颈问题产生的原因,提出解决“防艾”草根组织能力建设中瓶颈问题的基本思路,以期在现有社会及法律环境下为“防艾”草根组织的能力建设和持续发展提供借鉴。
“Anti-AIDS ” The bottleneck in the capacity building of grassroots organizations is the issue of organizational culture. This paper describes the status quo of bottlenecks and bottlenecks in the capacity building of grassroots organizations and proposes the basic ideas to solve the bottlenecks in capacity building of grassroots organizations.
