目的研究GSGS对小鼠移植肝癌细胞的生长和端粒末端转移酶作用。方法用肝癌细胞悬液接种50只NIH裸鼠,再将其分为5组:阴性对照,阳性对照(环磷酰胺20mg/(kg·d),GSGS小剂量2g/(kg·d),中等剂量4g/(kg·d)和大剂量8g/(kg·d)。实验持续10天,在第11天,将小鼠处死,切除肿瘤,称量并且用PCR-ELISA检测端粒末位转移酶。结果GSGS的抗肿瘤效果在低剂量,中等剂量,大剂量分别是:62.8%、73.5%和81%。端粒末端转移酶活性(阳性比阴性)在阴性对照组是9∶1;在小剂量组是3∶7,在中等剂量和大剂量组都是1∶9。差异有显著性。结论证实GSGS在肿瘤组织中抗癌和端粒末端转移酶抑制剂的作用。
Objective To study the effect of GSGS on the growth of mouse hepatoma cells and telomerase activity. Methods Fifty NIH nude mice were inoculated with HCC cell suspension and divided into five groups: negative control, positive control (cyclophosphamide 20mg / (kg · d), GSGS low dose 2g / (kg · d), medium The dose was 4 g / (kg · d) and the high dose of 8 g / (kg · d).
