在我国社会经济快速发展的今天,工商管理人才的培养模式面临极大的挑战。如何根据社会对工商管理专业人才需求的特点,探索工商管理专业应用型本科人才培养的有效途径,是工商管理专业人才培养面临的一个现实问题。本文从培养对象和社会需求两方面入手分析独立学院工商管理专业人才培养模式创新的必要性。运用野中郁次郎的SECI知识创新模型,分析知识转换的一般规律,在学校的工商管理专业教育中,对学生综合素质和创业能力培养施加影响。在此基础上构建大学生创业教育体系的系统模型,期望能对独立学院应用型人才培养有一定的借鉴意义。
Today, with the rapid development of social economy in our country, the training model of business administration personnel faces great challenges. How to explore effective ways of cultivating applied undergraduate talents in business administration according to the characteristics of the demand for business administration professionals in the society is a realistic problem facing the cultivation of business professionals. This article analyzes the necessity of innovating the training mode of business administration professionals in independent colleges from the aspects of training objects and social needs. By using SECRI’s knowledge innovation model of Nonaka Yuko, this paper analyzes the general rules of knowledge transfer and exerts influence on the students’ comprehensive quality and entrepreneurial ability training in the school’s business administration professional education. On the basis of this, a systematic model of entrepreneurship education system for undergraduates is constructed, which is expected to be of some reference to the cultivation of applied talents in independent colleges.
