苏联报纸的公开性,中央的好些,地方的差些。哪个地方领导改革意识强,那个地方的公开性就好;哪个地方领导改革意识差、官僚主义严重,那个地方的公开性就差。克服个人迷信非常重要,不克服个人迷信的影响,就不可能实现民主化。报纸的公开性做得如何,主要看领导机关开明不开明。
The openness of the Soviet newspapers, the better of the central authorities, and the less favorable of local governments. Which local leaders have a strong sense of reform and the openness of that place is just as good as possible; where there is a poor awareness of leadership reform and bureaucracy, the openness of that place is poor. It is very important to overcome personal superstition. Without overcoming the influence of individual superstition, democratization can not be achieved. The openness of the newspaper has done, mainly to see the leading organs are not enlightened.
