一、二年来山西全省人民的思想水平已有显著的提高主席,各位代表,各位同志:我今天报告的题目是『关于思想改造问题』。我首先要报告的一点,就是和毛主席、中国共产党、中央人民政府的领导下,二年来,我们山西人民的思想水平已有显著的提高。我记得二年前,山西省第一届第一次各界人民代表会议开会时,程子华主席已提出:『团结改造知识分子,参加新中国的建设工作,「使人尽其才,才尽其用」』的任务。这任务是重大的。二年来,我们已经过了各种大的运动:抗美援朝运动,土地改革运动,镇压反革命运动。抗美援朝运动也就是反对美帝国主义的运动。土地改革运动也就是打倒地主阶级的运动。镇压反革命运动也就是要把帝国主义、封建主义、官僚资产阶级暗藏在我们革命阵营的反革命分子加以肃清,巩固人民民主专政和树立工人阶级的领导权及其思想的领导。尤其是「三反」、「五反」运动,它的基本内容,也是要打退资产阶级
