1 站网优化。就是在现有基础上,根据不同时期社会、政治、经济各部门对水文工作的需要,调整和优化站网。其原则是既要满足当前防汛抗旱、水资源开发利用、水资源保护的需要,又要能控制降雨、径流自然变化的规律,为今后国民经济建设规划设计积累资料。同时还要考虑水文遥测、巡测的特点,水文职工的物质文化生活保障需要,进行合理的设点布站。“九五”期间要着重抓好以下几方面的工作:一是根据我省水利改革与发展的需要,进一
