本文介绍了针对河北省重点工程-燕都大酒店设计采用的高性能混凝土的技术和施工要求,用石家庄地区525#普通硅酸盐水泥、当地常用的砂石,配制C60、C65级高强流态混凝土的试验研究结果。在燕都大酒店工程的梁、楼板、墙板和柱子等结构部位使用高强流态混凝土约3万m~3。对高温季节施工时高强流态混凝土的塌落度经时损失控制,冬季施工时与高强混凝土相适应的防冻剂选择进行了讨论。提出高强流态混凝土配合比设计时,应充分考虑各组分的体积比例,特别是水泥浆的体积比例,以获得良好的和易性、力学性能和体积稳定性。
This paper introduces the technical and construction requirements of high performance concrete designed and adopted by Yandu Grand Hotel, a key project of Hebei Province. Using Portland cement 525 # common in the Shijiazhuang area and sand and gravel commonly used locally, the C60 and C65 high- Experimental results of concrete. In the project of Yandu Grand Hotel, beams, slabs, wall panels and columns and other structural parts of the use of high strength fluid concrete about 30,000 m ~ 3. The control of the slump loss of high-strength fluid concrete during construction in high temperature season and the selection of antifreeze suitable for high-strength concrete in winter construction are discussed. Proposed high-strength fluid concrete mix design, should take full account of the volume ratio of each component, especially the volume ratio of the slurry to get good workability, mechanical properties and volume stability.
