目的分析总结先天性单一冠状动脉(SCA)的CT表现,提高对该畸形影像学表现的认识。方法回顾性分析25例经CT冠状动脉造影(CTA)诊断为SCA患者资料,使用第二代双源CT多种后处理方法观察冠状动脉变异情况,并与冠状动脉造影(CAG)结果进行对照分析。结果 25例SCA患者中,左冠状动脉缺如单右冠状动脉畸形2例,右冠状动脉缺如单左冠状动脉畸形23例,且所有病例均通过多平面重组(MPR)、最大强度投影(MIP)和容积再现(VR)等显示异常血管的形态。其中8例患者在CTA检查后行CAG检查,结果证实为SCA,CTA对其检出率为100%。结论双源CT血管成像可以准确显示正常和畸形的冠状动脉,清晰表现单一冠状动脉走行分布,可以作为诊断SCA的首选检查方法。SCA特征性CTA表现,可为临床早期干预和手术治疗提供可靠的影像学证据。
Objective To analyze and summarize the CT findings of congenital single coronary artery (SCA) and to improve the understanding of this abnormal image. Methods The data of 25 patients diagnosed as SCA by CT coronary angiography (CTA) were retrospectively analyzed. The second-generation dual-source CT post-operative method was used to observe the variation of coronary artery. The results were compared with those of coronary angiography (CAG) . Results In 25 patients with SCA, the left coronary artery was absent in 2 cases of single right coronary artery and right coronary artery in 23 cases of left single coronary artery malformation. All cases were confirmed by multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), maximum intensity projection ) And Volume Reproduction (VR) showed abnormal blood vessels. Among them, 8 patients underwent CAG examination after CTA. The result was confirmed as SCA. The detection rate of CTA was 100%. Conclusion Dual-source CT angiography can accurately show the normal and abnormal coronary arteries and clearly show the distribution of single coronary artery coronary artery. They can be used as the first choice for the diagnosis of SCA. SCA characteristic CTA performance can provide reliable imaging evidence for clinical early intervention and surgical treatment.
