采用某木综厂车间中的木尘制成悬液和有机提取液 ,对中国仓鼠肺成纤维细胞 (CHL)进行诱变实验。结果发现两种受试物在 -S9和 +S9实验条件下均能诱发CHL微核率升高 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ,且有明显的剂量 反应关系
Chinese wood hamster lung fibroblasts (CHL) were mutagenized using suspension of wood dust and organic extract in a wood workshop. The results showed that the micronucleus rate of CHL could be induced by both of the two test substances under the conditions of-S9 and + S9 (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and there was a significant dose-response relationship
