介绍了“两化融合”战略指导思想对通信运营企业信息化转型的影响和在我国整个国民经济发展中的重要意义,阐述了我国实施“两化融合”战略为通信运营企业信息化转型提供了广阔平台,是我国工业化转型和通信运营企业信息化转型的要求,指出了信息化发展与工业化发展是我国经济发展的重要基础,通过“两化融合”和加快基础通信设施建设、个性化业务提供、多元化解决方案等手段助推通信运营企业的信息化转型。
This paper introduces the influence of the strategic guiding ideology of “integration of two cultures” on the informatization transformation of the telecom operators and the significance of the “two cultures integration” strategy in the development of China’s national economy. It provides a broad platform for the transformation of our economy and calls for the informatization transformation of China’s industrialized and telecommunications enterprises. It points out that informatization and industrialization are the important foundations for China’s economic development.
