基于现场试验的调查与工程实例的统计 ,本文对公路隧道在膨胀性围岩地段施工不稳定性的难题 ,从技术的角度给以了分析与研究。指出应当从隧道仰拱方向给膨胀性围岩以足够刚度的约束 ,这是确保隧道支护稳定所必需的基本条件 ,同时应当允许仰拱底部围岩发生适量的变形 ,以降低存在于仰拱与围岩之间的高接触应力 ,在此基础上 ,建议采用一种内含柔性变形层的复合式仰拱支护结构 ,作为膨胀性围岩地段隧道支护的合理技术措施。本文研究对于在建的华蓥山公路隧道 ,安全、合理、有效的施工 ,具有一定的指导意义
Based on the field test survey and engineering practice statistics, this paper analyzes and studies the highway tunnel’s construction instability in expansive surrounding rock area from the technical point of view. It is pointed out that the rigidity of expansive surrounding rock should be restrained from the direction of inverted arch of tunnel, which is the basic condition necessary to ensure the stability of tunnel support. At the same time, the deformation of surrounding rock at the bottom of invert should be allowed to reduce, And high contact stress between the surrounding rock. On this basis, it is suggested to adopt a composite inverted arch supporting structure with flexible deformation layer as a reasonable technical measure for tunnel support in expansive surrounding rock area.
