目的:观察胃复春联合替普瑞酮治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将慢性萎缩性胃炎患者108例随机分为两组各54例,对照组给予替普瑞酮治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用胃复春治疗。两组均以30d为1个疗程,疗程结束后比较两组患者的临床症状和组织病理改善情况。结果:临床症状和组织病理总有效率治疗组分别为92.5%、88.89%,对照组分别为72.22%、66.67%,组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃复春联合替普瑞酮治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎有较好疗效,可作为慢性萎缩性胃炎较为理想的联合用药方案。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Weifuchun combined with teprenone on chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods: One hundred and eighty patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into two groups of 54 cases. The control group was treated with teprenone. The treatment group was treated with Wei Fu Chun on the basis of the control group. Both groups were 30d for a course of treatment, after treatment, the clinical symptoms and histopathological improvement were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of clinical symptoms and histopathology in the treatment group was 92.5% and 88.89% respectively, while that in the control group was 72.22% and 66.67% respectively. There were significant differences between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Weifuchun combined with teprenone in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis have a good effect, can be used as chronic atrophic gastritis is more ideal combination regimen.
