目的探讨优质护理在外伤性眼内炎患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院收治的外伤性眼内炎患者56例,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组28例(36眼)给予常规护理,观察组28例(34眼)给予优质护理,比较两组护理效果。结果术后3个月,观察组视力≥1.0的眼数显著多于对照组,视力<0.3和视力在0.3~0.5之间的眼数则显著少于对照组,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组和观察组并发症发生率分别为32.1%和10.7%,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论外伤性眼内炎患者给予优质护理可有效提高治疗效果,减少并发症发生情况,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of quality nursing in patients with traumatic endophthalmitis. Methods Fifty-six patients with traumatic endophthalmitis admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group. In control group, 28 cases (36 eyes) were given routine nursing care. In observation group, 28 cases (34 eyes) Compare the two groups of nursing effects. Results At 3 months after operation, the number of eyes with visual acuity≥1.0 in the observation group was significantly more than that in the control group. The number of eyes with visual acuity <0.3 and visual acuity of 0.3 ~ 0.5 was significantly less than that of the control group. There were significant differences between the groups (P <0.05). The complication rates in control group and observation group were 32.1% and 10.7%, respectively, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Traumatic endophthalmitis in patients with quality care can effectively improve the treatment effect and reduce the incidence of complications, it is worth in the clinical application.
