在传统的防渗墙施工中,多采用冲击钻造孔。近年来,液压抓斗成槽施工工艺逐渐被人们所接受和应用,但在复杂地层中建造嵌岩的防渗墙,液压抓斗必须与冲击钻配合,方能完成槽孔建造工作。目前,国内在上述地层中用纯抓斗成槽实属罕见。我局在三峡左岸下游引航道隔流堤防渗工程中,采用纯机械式抓斗造孔,对其成槽工艺进行生产性试验,以探索其工艺的可行性和代替冲击钻的可能性。试验结果表明,纯机械式造孔经济、可行。
In the traditional cutoff wall construction, the use of impact drill hole. At present, it is rare to use a pure grab bucket into the above strata in China. In the anti-seepage project of the diversion embankment of the downstream approach channel of the left bank of the Three Gorges Project, a purely mechanical grab was used to make holes to test its slotting process to explore the feasibility of the process and replace the possibility of impact drilling. The test results show that the pure mechanical hole making economy is feasible.
