诱变育种是培育金针菇新品种的有效方法之一。我们用1500戈瑞的γ射线处理经过驯化的野生金针菇F_(126)的双核菌丝,选育出辐金1号品种。现将该品种的特性介绍如下。 一、材料与方法 (一)供试材料 辐金1号,F_(126),C_(17),杂交19,三明1号。 (二)菌丝生长特性测定 用直径7mm的接种器取辐金1号双核菌丝转接于PDA平皿上,置于不同温度及光照条件下培养7天,记载菌丝生长速度。以1NHCl和NaOH将PDA培养基的酸碱度调到不同的pH值,接上菌丝,置于20℃培养6天,观察生长速度。每个处理重复3次。不同品种菌丝拮抗试验在PDA平
