本文通过对当前法学教育性质的阐述,提出了市场导向型的法律职业人才培养模式,并对建立这种培养模式的关键环节作了探讨,以期能够推进法学教育的发展。
By expounding the nature of current law education, this paper puts forward the market-oriented training model of legal professionals and discusses the key links in establishing this training model in order to promote the development of law education.
