开展医院绩效管理工作,对科学评价医院发展成果、提高医疗服务质量、保障医疗安全、规范医疗行为具有很强的现实指导意义。近年来,越来越多的医院实施了绩效管理,取得了很大的成就,在很大程度上推动了医院的发展。但是,在实施绩效管理过程中,也存在很多问题。本文明确了医院绩效管理的概念,分析存在的问题,并提出了改进医院绩效管理的对策,以提高医院管理水平与竞争力。
Carrying out the work of hospital performance management has a strong realistic guiding significance for scientifically evaluating the achievements of hospital development, improving the quality of medical services, ensuring medical safety and standardizing medical behaviors. In recent years, more and more hospitals have implemented performance management and achieved great success, which greatly promoted the development of the hospital. However, there are many problems in implementing performance management. This paper defines the concept of hospital performance management, analyzes the existing problems and puts forward some countermeasures to improve hospital performance management so as to improve the hospital management level and competitiveness.
