薛晓林,博士学位,卫生管理专业研究员。先后毕业于中国医科大学医疗系、中国政法大学法律系、UBI比利时联合商学院工商管理专业。历任卫生部医政司助理巡视员,西藏自治区卫生厅党组成员、副厅长,卫生部机关服务中心常务副主任、临时党委书记、党委书记、主任,卫生部办公厅副主任兼机关服务中心党委书记、主任,卫生部办公厅副主任(正司局长级),国家卫生计生委综合监督局局长。现任中国医院协会常务副会长兼秘书长。
