通过对长钢9号高炉布袋灰与屯留煤、府谷煤在不同配合比例下煤质指标、粒度和燃烧性能的分析测定,探讨了提高布袋灰配比进行高炉喷吹的可行性。试验结果表明:长钢9号高炉布袋灰由于含碳高、热值高可以与煤混合后进行高炉喷吹,布袋灰与屯留煤混合喷吹最佳配比是20%布袋灰与80%屯留煤,布袋灰、屯留煤、府谷煤3种混合喷吹的最佳配比是10%布袋灰、10%府谷煤及80%屯留煤。
Through the analysis and determination of the coal quality index, particle size and combustion performance of No.9 blast furnace bag ash, Tunliu coal and Fugu coal at different blending ratios, the feasibility of blast furnace injection by increasing the bag ash ratio was discussed. The test results show that because of the high carbon content and high calorific value, the bag ash of No.9 blast furnace in Changgang can be blast furnaceed after being mixed with coal. The best ratio of mixed bagging ash with Tunliu coal is 20% bag ash and 80% Tunliu coal, bagged gray, Tunliu coal, Fugu coal three kinds of mixed injection of the best ratio is 10% bag ash, 10% Fugu coal and 80% Tunliu coal.
