1990年1～5月喀什地区发生了一起脊髓灰质炎(以下简称脊灰)的暴发,疫情波及相邻的疏附县、疏勒县、英吉沙县和喀什布。累计发病47例,罹患率为5/10万。地区分布疫情波及相邻的3县1市,病例分布于23个乡(街)。病例呈灶状分布,布拉克苏乡罹患率为54.65/10万,是本次暴发的高发乡。
From January to May 1990, an outbreak of poliomyelitis (hereinafter referred to as poliomyelitis) occurred in Kashi Prefecture. The epidemic spread to neighboring Shufu County, Shule County, Yingjisha County and Kashgar. The cumulative incidence of 47 cases, the attack rate of 5/10 million. Regional distribution Outbreaks spread to neighboring 3 counties and 1 city, with cases distributed in 23 townships (streets). The cases were found to be focal distribution. The attack rate of Bulakesu Township was 54.65 / 100000, which is the high incidence of this outbreak.
