石油行业是我国经济发展的重要支柱之一,油藏开发关系到石油行业的发展。精细管理是适应市场经济、克服行业长期存在的粗放管理的必然需求。实施精细管理可以充分挖掘油藏潜力,统一主体责任权利,量化考核指标,落实企业员工主人公的地位,激发企业员工工作积极性和创造性,促进石油行业内部的改革深化。本文简述了精细管理在石油行业中的重要作用,并提出切合油田实际的管理方法,以供相关人员参考借鉴。
The oil industry is one of the important pillars of China’s economic development. The development of the oil reservoir is related to the development of the petroleum industry. Fine management is to adapt to the market economy, to overcome the inevitable demand for extensive management of the long-term existence of the industry. The implementation of meticulous management can fully tap the potential of reservoirs, unify the rights and obligations of subjective responsibility, quantify the assessment indicators, implement the status of the main employees of the employees, stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of employees and promote the deepening of the reform within the petroleum industry. This article outlines the important role of fine management in the petroleum industry and puts forward the practical management methods that fit the field for the reference of relevant personnel.
