目前,随着对肺心病并发多器官功能衰竭(MOF)研究的不断深入,对于肺心病并发MOF的若干问题有着不同的见解和争论。笔者就其中一些问题,查阅了有关文献和资料,现结合临床,探讨如下: 我院自1981年1月～1993年1月共收治老年危重肺心病98例,其中并发MOF62例,占63％,男44例,女18例,年龄55～89岁,平均年龄66岁,死亡29例,病死率为49.4％,高于文献
